Master Plan
The urban group with the actual denomination Pine Valley is situated 5 km from the center of the Town of Albufeira and near the main beaches of the council. It is near to other Touristic Resorts from which is highlighted by its notoriety “BALAIA”, being the beach with the same denomination the closest from the urbanization.
The urbanization is distributed by a land of weak slope, of about 1500m from the sea with the system of sights particularly interesting from the highest zone of the intervention area with visual axes from where it is possible to see the sea and the coast line as well as the extensive rural landscape on east and west and the development of the Algarvian inland on north.
